I’ve tried pretty much everything to fix this that is recommended, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, I repaired files, I updated drivers, checked my anti-virus but I’m still having issues.
Sometimes it’ll crash first game, sometimes it will let me play for hours without issues, sometimes ill try and play and it will crash every single game. I started after a mid-season patch of season 15 and I’ve been dealing with it sense. For a couple days I thought it was fine after playing like 10 hours with no issues over a couple days and then it started back up again and I have no clue what is causing it. I just want to play the game.
If it helps my specs are
- Geforce RTX 4070 Ti Super
- i9 processor
- 32gb ram
I shouldn’t have any issues with it being settings or graphics, it’d been playing fine for months on this new pc and then the patch just pretty much broke it…

I even tried to install it from steam, it let me play off and on for three days before it started crashing again.
another edit - tried to do a direct blizzard support ticket and they suck, ran me around in circles sending me trouble shooting articles that don’t even exist anymore, told me its not a widespread problem and just told me to make a community post about it when I had already mentioned that I had already done so T - T

I have the exact same thing with the same specs. this is a common issue that started up with the stadium update. I think they just need to patch it because I’ve also had the same issues after coming back to this game with no issues prior to this.

Thats the thing, mine started right before stadium during the mid season patch of the previous season, tho I suppose that could have been when they started putting stadium files in and it caused conflicts
I am still having the same issue. done everything in the book they have written down to fix it, and nothing has worked yet.

I have the exact same issue, same crashlog. Just lower specs (rx 7700xt and r7 5700x). I can play a whole day, and the next day I be crashing 10 times.

They treated me the same crappy way. I swear, game companies need to learn about customer service. Now my buddy who plays has started getting crashing issues. I work on my PC every day, and they act like I don’t know wtf I’m talking about.

I point this fact out to them, and it’s as if they ignore it.

Tested memory, tested GPU, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, updated drivers and still it will randomly error out.
I can’t play, can’t even do the battlepass the only one I’ve cared about in years and its impossible. I feel like I’m going to get banned for leaving so many games.

Updating to the Bios that was released for my board last month seems to have fixed the crashing. It appears to be related to the microcode with i9’s or something with the gpu compatibility?
I’ll update if it starts happening again.
Everyone here do a Bios update on your motherboard and see if that resolves the challenge.
Nope still on going, not quite as bad but still sometimes can’t even get through a game.
I updated my BIOS no crashes so far after 11 matches. I have an i9 14th intel cpu and a ROG STRIX Z790-E GAMING WIFI mobo.
Same here crashes since Season 18 even a fresh install of windows doesn’t fix it
