Overwatch is a game where you have to adapt.
Just like rock, paper, scissors, one hero trumps the other, one comp trumps the other.
Learn each counter of each hero and find a way to break the enemy’s composition.

every meta will have some sort of cheese to it. Hanzarya combo is pretty cheesey The Orisa-bastion is old now but also very cheesey, Pharmercy is also old now, just pick widow and shoot the Pharah in the head or pick your own Pharah or you play around them and go for their team mates instead, because since mercy is babysitting the pharah, she isn’t healing the rest of the team as much and you can exploit that. learn to adapt.

Anybody playing Pharmercy into a double sniper meta is borderline suicidal.
And Bastion is countered by a single coordinated attack of two or more people. Or a Mei who walls him off shield.
I think what you are trying to say is that you are mad that low effort/skill picks can make you sr easier than more advanced plays correct?
you pretty much described how low ranked games are played
everyone pick random heroes , no one cares whatever the heroes are good or not good , than your enemy team pick heroes
whatever the enemy team is super hard counter for your team pick or not doesnt matter because 99% no one will ever switch
and after you got crashed , your team do a coin flip on who/which role to put the blame on that lose
unless you’re some kinda DPS god you will have super hard time getting out of low ello
