F1 key to show help doesn't work

Holding down the F1 key makes the GUI flicker for a second but nothing comes up. I’ve been googling this issue but no one seems to have a solution for it.

Delete the Battle.net Cache folder:
battle.net/support/article/34721

Repair the game:
battle.net/support/article/7655

I tried that and it doesn’t work.

Could you try changing the keybinding for Hero information? Just to see if it helps or if there’s any change at all.
