Hi,
I have two problems which I hope to get resolved.
Firstly, I have just moved to the USA about 2 weeks ago. Competitive was working fine on both American and Europe servers for about 4 days but then it said I was banned or suspended. I looked for more information about it but I couldn’t find anything. I thought it may be due to my computer crashing a lot and kicking me out of my matches but I didn’t think that was the case. I also thought it could be a season ban but now its the new season it still wont let me play. I know i’m not the best at the game but I really do enjoy playing competitive with my American and European friends and I would like to continue that.
Secondly, I recently had an issue with 1v1 mystery duel. Suddenly in the 3rd round my HUD disappeared, the player disappeared and all I could see was the map. I was able to use my abilities but I couldn’t see my opponent shoot, or my primary or secondary. I was only able to walk around and use my abilities. I ended up losing this match and was disappointed. I looked like a fool to my friends and my opponents. I really hope this gets fixed so others don’t have to go through what I have gone through.
