I just would like to share some fanmade omnics hero i made.
No real backstory so far exept :
- Part of Vishkar Corp. (Holo-Technician )
- Can display emotion on LED face
- Support character (focus on shield and barrier)
- Default shot pass through shields / barrier

His LMB and RMB are very specifically anti-barrier attacks which won’t always be present in the enemy comp. This makes him a bit too specific to countering barriers for my taste. You don’t want to double down on rock/paper/scissors mechanics, but a bit is okay, I just think you’ve gone too far in giving him the ability to both shoot through barriers (LMB) and destroying them (RMB). I think you should consider changing either his LMB or RMB so that he’s not quite so focused on countering barriers.
I love his shield booster, as it’s similar to Syms original ability. As a support player, I get a kick out of laying these on allies so that’s cool.
Nice ult, very team orientated. I typed out a suggestion for his passive, but then I noticed that you’ve given him exactly what I was going to suggest so that’s good. 
He has no mobility or escape mechanic, which is okay but he’ll be vulnerable like a Zen and since he has no discord orb / deadly attack, he’ll be the most vulnerable target in the entire roster.
Cool artistic design.
For his Shift ability, you could give him a short energy bar which is drained via holding Shift. Whilst active, he gains damage immunity. A fully charged bar could have enough energy to last for a very short time, maybe 3 seconds and take a long time to charge back up.
This would allow skilled players to quickly tap Shift to absorb high damage spike attacks or absorb incoming abilities like sleep dart in a way similar to how Dva Defence Matrix works. It would also give the hero a defensive option when being jumped on or flanked.
Very usefull feedback. I see what you mean by too much “focused on countering barriers.”
I will think about another type of “offensive secondary fire”. Maybe a draining shield ability (short range). Shield that can be consumed (SHIFT) for temporary speed boost.
