Why does it take so long to find a match? I waited 27 minutes for a quick play match as support but it said the times were <2 minutes. I was also in queue for a regular quick play game with no role lock and it kicked me out because it took to long. How is this possible?

Same… I heard “Arcade” mode works as it should, you might want to go there for fast que 
My assumption is that they increased the server capacity with the maintenance last night and the servers can’t handle it because it was fine before peak hours.
It takes a while for me too… strange considering queue times
30 minutes for support atm, wtf is going on…
It is an issue they are currently looking into a fix for. Hopefully get something in the next day or 2.

I gave up.
