He looks like an hybrid of heal and dps.

Well, you see him hold mini health packs in several occasions.
Based on the ammunition in the weapon, this is also capable of healing.

When he says “I’m going to fight for a better world. For some it means a bandage, for others a bullet” it suggests that he’s a hybrid dps/healer.

Other than that, i don’t know.

Watching the Animated short i guess you can say that the FR protest went bonkers.
Jokes aside, as a talon guy he looks meh. To much to ask for a bada** healer in this game. They are just so hung up on the “healer = looks like a pansy” thing. Hope the skins will change that.
TBH not even sure if his talon, to early to tell.

Ana is the one healer that looks good. Ill give her that.
But you can’t tell me that the rest dont look like “good” guys.
Even Moira… We need a weeb looking support or something like Medic from TF2.
Thats how you sell a hero.

He is basically the Finn of Overwatch, as an orphan who have to do anything to survive, he thought it was good to ally with a terrorist organization. Now he realize that his actions are just creating more orphans like him and how selfish he was so he just leaved Talon and is now fighting them while helping the one in need.

Like many people i think he will have special interaction with the Health Packs: he can pick a pack and store it for later use and maybe use it with his main source of healing for an extra burst. If this ability is correct then Sombra will be one of his counter since she will deny him a part of his kit.

Did Blizzard just invented my idea from my topic about my hero?

[New to the English section + My Hero’s created Story (Courier)]
Handy Health Pack (concept) - Courier can heal himself up with small health pack, and toss them to the teammates, if Courier gets one.

In my concept, Courier has a 20 bullet quick fire rate pistol (Chaser). And grappling hook he stole from Widowmaker during Uprising.

Does Blizzard reads all of the topics? :open_mouth:

The basic design is horrible, looks like a fortnite style hero.

Grenade launcher type weapon, eye patchy thing and he’s black, hmm I have seen something like this before. . .

Yeah, I too fear that it has a grenade launcher. Would love to have something between Soldier and Ana - a rapid fire hitscan healer. Well, at least a tracking healer.

It is possible the weapon is a hybrid.
It has 2 triggers, one for healing Which is most likely a grenade type.
The second would be for offensive use, which could be a hitscan type weapon.

If you look at the drawn art in the video (around 1:15), doesn’t it look like the weapon has 2 feet like you see on some heavy machine guns? or is it just me?

The interesting part is “Overwatch PL: Definitely a doctor but also able to provide fire support and increase the team’s potential . More info soon!”

We circle back the discussion we had the other day about extra health, the “increase the team’s potential” could be that.
