Hey. I don’t know whether this should go in Technical Support, because it doesn’t actually disconnect me. But hey ho.
My problem is that my ping fluctuates. It’s not always high ping, generally I would be fine with that, the problem is that my ping fluctuates.
As my ping increases my characters sort of freeze, I have uploaded a GIF of this:

I have been through the network troubleshooting guide, and have:
- Flushed DNS
- Restarted Router
A couple things to note:
- I use Ethernet
- When I do Ctrl+Shift+N there are orange blocks whenever my ping spikes
This fluctuating ping is not omnipresent. But hinders my performance quite serverely
If there is a way to add a sort of gate/threshold to my ping so it stays consistantly above say 100 that would be better because it’s not the high ping that’s the problem it’s the pausing of characters when my ping increases.
