Yes, this one is very obviously using an aimbot. No human can aim like that, but watch how there will still be some apologists defending this cheater.
You are not allowed to publicly name and shame people, even cheaters. Since I can sense you asking why, here’s the gist:
Yes, this very much looks like a cheater.
Yes, I get it that in this case, it’s relevant.
No, I don’t trust ALL the people to properly identify cheaters.
No, I don’t trust the mob to make a proper judgement.
No, I don’t want a witch hunt where people see a name they recognise from one such thread and report them on sight, just because someone else said on the forums that they are a cheater.
There is a proper way to report. It’s unsatisfying, but just imagine someone puts one PotG from you where you had the day of your life and hit every shot. People think you cheated and mass report you for having a once in a lifetime sequence.

Send the clip to hacks@blizzard.com , they’ll take care of it. Alternatively you can ping a dev on twitter but I can’t remember his name, iirc the OWPD twitted at him recently if you wanna find it.
i dunno about all of this sending and all of that reporting. Did u see his lvl? I’ve seen a highest lvl player who still cheating and laugh when u trying to report him. If they can reach lvl like this one - it means blizzard don’t do anything about this. Unfortunatly it is.

at the same time impertial 3rd parties are more reliable then the person who is the percived victm of the cheater since… well obvious bias…
i kind wish they let us have an option to anonimize names and post on some forum specifically to let 3rd parties help reality check it…
some time people miss identify legit good aim for cheating and then its good to have a 3rd party with more impartiality then someone to emotionally invested…
anyway curse all cheaters! may their bears grow inward and their camel explode!
I kinda have to assume that the no posting cheating footage is in part there just to keep people quite about the issue so they get less flak for not doing enught to counter the problem… (admitedly a hard thing to fix given its a arms race…)

more people should start talking and showing bad events that happens in this game on a daily basis.
we do not live in the 1700s, no harm will happen to this person,In the worst case he / she might lose their account.
if you have money to cheat in this game then you have money to get a alt account,the problem is not solved.

i had a Mccree in my game, the players name was Ford123, lvl bronze 37,SR around 3200/3500 look at the killcam and report him pls if ur playing with him.
