My FPS keeps on droping from 60 to 15. The game doesnt want to utilize my gpu. I live in the Philippines and the normal temp of my GPU is about 37C to 40C. When Im in game the temperature is still the same! On other games, as soon as I open the game, the temperature goes to 50 in a minute or two. I tried lowering my graphics settings but I still have the same problem.
