FPS issues even at low settings

Recently I been having issues with FPS when playing from steam, everytime I load a map it heavy drops to like 40-58 ish even on lower settings dunno if theres a way to resolve.

I have 1920x1080 144hz monitor
nv geforce gtx 1660 SUPER
intel core i5-9400 cpu @ 2.90ghz
15.21 gb ram

it gets worst during team fights thats why i dont play OW a lot anymore.

I am no good with use of tech of understanding graphics settings I dunno if I should be using geforce to do it but it might be a server issue or my end.

Is the game graphics being processed by your GPU?
I remember in my old PC some games did not use the Nvidia GPU, I had to do right click and choose an option: “Launch with NVDIA graphics card”
