FPS lag in current patch

I’m simply wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? I am running an overclocked 1070 strix and it seems like the FPS spikes only happen in fullscreen. Anyone know when the next patch comes out?

The next big patch will be next week with the Anniversary event, so might want to see if your situation improves then. But if it doesn’t, you could have technical issues on your side.

If you have the possibility of removing that overclock easily, I would start by trying that. Overclocking and Blizzard games don’t always mix well.

Let me just add that you can put your GPU back to default frequencies using the Nvidia Control Panel, which you can access by right-clicking your desktop. In the window, select the ‘Help’ category and simply enable ‘Debug Mode’:
