I actually have a laptop but it’s good enough for Overwatch on medium at least …
My CPU is i5 7200U and I have 8gb RAM and my GPU is GTX 940MX
I’ve been playing the game for months and I used to play on at least 40 frames or a little below … when all kinds of chaos are happening, and I would easily get about 50 frames or higher when there isn’t much on the screen …
Only few days ago, everything changed …
I no more can play with more than 30 frames of even less, and actually … the true hell is the game now freezes for half a second or less, and it does this a lot during the game …
Half a sec isn’t long but we all know what half a sec means in Overwatch …
I formatted my laptop and installed windows with all it’s latest updates, my ram usage is normal, my GPU temp. is normal as well, and all my other games are performing so well, so, is there a solution?
One more thing …
I’ve been trying for a while to download the data for the next update and the launcher just doesn’t wanna download anything …
Should I reinstall the game ?
Though that didn’t work before …
Is there a problem in the game meanwhile ?
