Since the patch came out my fps has dropped by 30 and made the game almost unplayable, reinstalled the game and even re formated my pc to see if there was something wrong 
My game started dropping when I installed the 456.55 driver, it came out around the time of the update, if you have an nvidia card and you have that driver it might be worth a try to roll back to 456.38. One of my friends uses an older radeon card, and he has problems with the last patch too, so there might be a problem on the other side too, but as of now I don’t know about fixes for that
