how do i ge tmy fps back to normal? i dont know why but the other day i played ow and everything was fine but yesterday i came on and i was capped at 60 fps and i tried multiple things from looking on youtube and looking around my configurator and control panel to just changing in game settings and i really dont know what to do anymore and its just really annoying. ive looked around forums and seen people talking about something to do with razor but i dont use razor so i just have no clue. so i was hoping i might find some help here.
