So a friend of mine has bought Overwatch today, installed it, presses launch and he isn’t able to play the game at all. The game crashes during the cutscene with Winston. He has tried to repair any broken files. There weren’t any broken files. His system is running fine, and we have done the Memory Diagnostics. He is reaching the the required specifications in order to run the game as well. He is currently reinstalling the game since there is always a chance that works. But we can’t seem to figure out what is exactly going on. Does anyone know what is going on?
EDIT: Reinstalling didn’t work either…
