When my friend plays Overwatch 2 on his PC, it crashes after a few minutes into the game. This happens on a core i3 PC. However, his PC specs are better than the minimum requirements for the game. What is the problem?
Got the same problem, let me know when u found a way to fixed it
We’ve seen some rather odd crashes with specific i3 variants (typically older dual-core ones). In some cases disabling “hyperthreading” via the computer’s BIOS has proven quite helpful, so this may be worth a shot here too.
in blizzard go to the gear icon then game settings then check the “Additional command line arguments” and in it put this line in might work for you which if it does then good and if it doesnt you can just disable it again ( worked for me )
aight try this :
–tank_WorkerThreadCount 2 -thread 2
i am crashing all the time when i go into a game. i have a i7 with a 1080
I have the same problem: after 5 minutes of playing, my game turns off for no apparent reason. My setup is relatively good and there’s no reason for this to happen. Help
Setup :
ryzen 5600
dram vengeance 16gb 3200 refresh rate
amd rx 6650 xt
asus tuf A520-plus
A topic this old, may well be left alone.
We have seen crashes on AMD cards caused by Radeon Boost. Try disabling Radeon Boost in the AMD driver software.
If that doesn’t help, feel free to open a new thread and send the error id.
