On other games my laptop acts fine and plays the games well but with the last couple of patches, every game i play (even spectate) I crash during mid game or when watching play of the game at the end of a match, ever since the Brigitte patch came out on live it been getting worse with every patch, other games like fortnite are fine. I’ve reinstalled overwatch and it didn’t help, i even reinstalled windows entirely and it still crashes on me.
Sometimes I get the error saying the rendering device has been lost and I have tried all of the solutions to try and fix this to no avail.

I had this same error OP, I was overclocking my GPU though and I was able to resolve it fairly quickly. If you’re overclocking see my other thread here on how I was able to resolve it. It might help you too but do also bear in mind that Blizzard games are overclocking “don’t mix well” according to a Blue post.
