Game doesn't start (black screen) no errors

Hi,

I just bought a RTX 2080 so i wanted to try overwatch again… but without luck, when i try to launch the game it only gives me a black screen and then shuts down without error.
The ‘overwatch.log’ file in documents is also empty.

I’ve tried to shutdown ‘Razer Synapse’ and turning off all chroma SDK services, re-installing drivers, but that doesn’t work either.

Heya,

Please fully uninstall the Razer Software Development Kit, as simply disabling does not always help out. If it is easier, fully uninstall the Razer software completely for now while testing things out. In addition to that, please temporarily uninstall Open VPN / Proxy and VMWare as well.

Test again once done (and after a full restart), and let me know how it goes.

Uninstalling razer software and vmware did the trick… Now i don’t know which one caused the issue, but uninstalling both worked indeed…

Try to uninstall all Razer software.

uninstalled all razer software and rebooted, problem is still persisting
