It started happening a few months ago. I’d tab out, and tab back in and the pc volume automatically jumps to 60. So far the closest thing I’ve seen to mine on the forum is the total opposite, volume blasting when tabbing out. Anyone else has this issue? I’ve gone into sound panel and selected “Do nothing” in communications already, still hasn’t changed anything.

I also recall someone said their Streamlabs OBS was causing this but they didn’t provide the steps taken to fix it.
