Game keeps minimising in full-screen mode

Hi, whenever I put my game into Fullscreen mode, it minimised automatically, then when I tab back into it or click it on the taskbar it opens briefly on a black screen then minimises again. I have to play in Borderless window mode which is annoying as I have another monitor meaning that if I move my mouse fast to the right the mouse glitches out of the game (onto my second monitor) so when I click it clicks out of the game and i’d likely be killed…

If you have TeamViewer installed in your computer, try disabling it or even completely uninstalling it. In many cases we’ve seen this was the cause of the game minimising when in fullscreen mode.

Hey, I don’t have TeamViewer, yet it does the issue.

I would suggest to Google your issue, and try the steps out that ppl are saying helped them.
While you wait for other suggestions here.

Make sure both your operative system and drivers are up to date:

Make sure you deactivate Xbox DVR:

Delete the Battle.net Cache folder:
battle.net/support/article/34721

Repair the game:
battle.net/support/article/7655

Close background applications to make sure there’s no other program interfering with the game:
battle.net/support/article/23848

If the issue persists, please create your DxDiag and MSInfo files:
battle.net/support/article/12988
