Game not registering mic via usb

I have an issue with my voice chat. The game just does not register it.

I use a Rode NT1-A connected to a USB Interfaces Mackie Onyx producer 2.2, then connected to my pc by USB.

Other applications like discord and CS:GO have no problem with is but overwatch does. I can hear other people, I can be muted but when I unmute, neither do I see my name in the top left corner but nobody can hear me.

When I connect my other mic (from my headset so worse quality) via a normal audio jack it worked just fine. I have tried: “set default” and “microphone privacy settings”, reinstalling the game.

I don’t know what to do.

I would recommend that you try these troubleshooting steps which solve most voice chat and microphone issues in Overwatch. :slight_smile:

So I tried every single step and it’s still not working. Should I do the contacting through here or here: Contact Support - Blizzard Support?
