Hello there,
Over the past couple months my game has been consistently freezing at random intervals (in game, out of game, in training mode, etc.) I am at my wits end on how to correct the issue. I have tried closing background apps like discord and Logitech.
I would have to close the game via task manager and would completely lock up my machine to the point where I need to force a shutdown by holding the power button until the laptop shuts off.
My specs are a core i7-8750h, 32gb ddr4, 1tb nvme ssd, 2tb sshd, 1060 6gb
I play competitively for my uni and while it hasn’t crashed mid game yet, asking for a pause or restart in the middle of a match is undesireable

Make sure both your operative system and drivers are up to date:

Make sure you deactivate Xbox DVR:

Delete the Battle.net Cache folder:
battle.net/support/article/34721
Repair the game:
battle.net/support/article/7655
Close background applications to make sure there’s no other program interfering with the game:

If the issue persists, please create your DxDiag and MSInfo files:
battle.net/support/article/12988
