i have just updated the PTR in preparation for the Echo patch soon to come, however whenever i load the PTR it says “game server connection failed… retrying”. Why is it doing this? i have restarted my computer as well as restarted my router and checked for possible driver updates yet the same thing still happens. are the servers down at all?
