Game won't launch, but appears in task manager

Hey all,

I’ve been trying to play the game on a second computer and it simply won’t launch, either from Battlenet or launching the .exe as admin. But, despite no new window opening, “OverwatchApplication” appears on my task manager, and is actually using a decent amount of resources.

  • Drivers are up to date

  • I’ve disabled every “Windows game mode” feature

  • Authorizations are set in my antivirus

I don’t know what else to do, can someone help ?

Delete the Battle.net Cache folder:
battle.net/support/article/34721

Delete the Battle.net Tools folder:
battle.net/support/article/34719

Disable or temporarily uninstall your security software:
battle.net/support/article/23672

Close background applications to make sure there’s no other program interfering with the game:
battle.net/support/article/23848

If the issue persists, please create your DxDiag and MSInfo files:
battle.net/support/article/12988
