Soooo, I just realised that Genji’s helmet is supposed to remind a beak! You can find it in all lore-based skins - the current look (basic + recolours) and when he was younger (Sparrow, Young Genji and Blackwatch). His father nicknamed him “Sparrow” so the helmet might be a subtle reference to this fact. Just a little thing I noticed and wanted to share. 
What do you think? I don’t think that’s an overinterpretation since Blizzard is known for really great and well-thought character designs and as an aspiring character designer myself, I just love to analyse every aspect of the characters. Have you found other little things in Overwatch design that nobody pointed out before? I’m curious!
