Nothing to do with MS. Blizzard has been like this since Activision. Most of the OG devs, artist and community managers either left or were let go.

I have wow sub and i was silenced for 14days with mass reports from cheaters for calling them out in chat.
They even usually a stack. Solo cheaters are kinda rare.
The nature of being a stack in this report system gives you a massive advantage, 1v4 or 4v1? Enables cheater stacks who dont even get reported anymore. Also ppl dont care anymore, because nothing improves, nothing happens.

Yes, usually 3-5 aimbot premades and all are cheating.
Saying racist things still gets you banned… kinda outted yourself.
