So a few week ago i got banned without a reason, i wasnt cheating i was not text chat or vc chat abusive i think, the only toxic things i wrote was in qp when i played ball and the enemy team counterd me and i said: guys u dont have to counter me, have some fun, or i wrote zzzz sombra after i got tbagged. now this is my ow 1 day 1 acc and i lost everything on it without a reason why, i got once banned for 14 days from the vc so i realy dont know why i got perma banned after my only 14 suspension after 8 years of playing, i just want to know why i got banned and if im not rightfully banned then i want my acc back
The only way you can learn the reason is by opening up a ticket through your battle.net account. Sadly I can not share links in the forum but there is a page where you can apply for your suspension. Have you tried it already?
