Got kicked out of ranked and now can't login

I played ranked in a group and directly after a match I got kicked out of Overwatch, but haven’t seen a warning or error message.

Since then, I’m stuck at the login screen when I try to log in into the game.
It tries to log in, but then there comes the login screen with username and password input.

It has definitely to do something with my account because I can play on my second account without issues.

It looks like you have parental controls setup on the account and have them set to limit playtime for daily and weekly. 6/14 hours. Once you reach those limits it will kick you out of the game and will not let you log back in until those hours reset.

You would need to go into the parental controls using the email that was setup for them (Or if a Guardian set them up have them go into the parental controls to adjust the limits or disable them.)

If you (or Guardian) are unable to modify the parental controls, or modifying/disabling them does not solve the login issue, I recommend submitting a ticket with an msinfo attached for further investigation. (instructions for collecting that msinfo report will be on the form.)

Thanks a lot, without you I would never thought of an limit.
I had self set this limit a long time ago, but it would be really nice if there would be a warning message.

I would appreciate it if you can suggest this to the dev team, this shouldn’t be hard to implement.

I have definitely brought up implementing more robust parental control information on login when encountering a limit, but I recommend you add to that by posting on the Overwatch 2 General Discussion forums here to make sure your voice is heard.
