cant talk in team chat. i talk at all my mic is fine im talking in discord like i normaly do and yet i cant talk in any join i cant even hear voice chat worked last night before my game crashed but now nothing. not to bothered if u have muted me but atleast tell me
Theres some problems with OW voice, sometimes for some reason (Happened me once couple days ago) when people join voice, it says u are alone and mic muted. its a bug. Not heard from any fixes yet, but bliz knows about it.

I can confirm that everything seems fine with your account so if you are muted on the account this might be an issue with your voice chat.
Try these steps as they usually solve the issues you are facing. 
I have the exact same problem - tried everything, and i still cant hear people in voice chat, and they cant hear me neither
