How do you know what your heart rate is when playing? Are you properly measuring your pulse while playing? How? If this is accurate, you could have a problem that doctors are missing and you should really look into it harder.
after finishing playing i measure heart rate ,by doing that many time i observed that when i play my heart had a high rate and a normal heart rate when i dont
Having 100 in rest state is not normal (it stays the whole day). It’s not shockingly high but also not healthy and it should be around 70 in rest state.
Are you demanding too much of yourself during Overwatch? Are you able to think about other stuff when you’re logged off? Or do you keep overthinking matches? Also, do you eat healthy? I think you should go find the solution in those directions. Probably demanding too much of yourself when playing. I’m no doctor but I believe it would be wise to ask a second opinion or go back to your doctor if it stays this way.
70 is also bad depending on your age ofc, but still generally speaking it is bad. Pro athletes have around 30-35 in resting beat. A normal healthy individual should do enough cardio to reach around 55 at least. it deletes almost any risk for many serious diseases.
For OP cardio is definitely the answer as your system seems to have a hard time shifting down from high workloads and also (not alarmingly high) has a quite high resting beat, definitely not optimal. While an increased heart rate is normal when playing competitive games due to the adrenaline, being able to relax afterwards, especially when several hours passed should not be difficult. It also might be your mind is still racing, staying the game still and thus keeping your systems activated even when you stop gaming, so maybe consider some yoga or namaste trickery after your gaming sessions? Could help your mind relax. Definitly leave the computer/tv screen.
