I just got permaban the dumbest way ever, just because i tell mercy was a useless pick against the enemies dps they have and they ban međź’€, my answer is i get perma on console but my account can still works on pc?
If it is a perma ban… you will have been suspended multiple times before and not learned your lesson.
If it is a merged account, you shouldn’t be able to use it on PC.
Use another account, and learn to keep your mouth shut in games.

That’s unfortunate. Open a support ticket, and keep responding to it until you get a human answer. Blizzard have banned people incorrectly before and lifted it.
That’s what chat/voicechat is for, for comms. If it wasn’t to be used, then Blizzard would not of added that functionality.

I’m saying, with ticket spam we risk a ban in the entire blizzard account not only OW2, he will not be able to play other games like COD, WOW in that account anymore… I say that because personally I have much more value in other games than OW2

That’s just a threat to scare people’s into not doing it. Sending multiple tickets will do nothing.
He wasn’t communicating… He was being a knob. Repeatedly, even after having multiple warnings.
If you’re not going to learn, you can’t really be upset about it.

you get banned for anything on this game now. Best thing is to leave voice chat and hide the chat in bottom left corner.

Where does (constructive) criticism become flaming? Sometimes people need to know they are being bad. Ideally this is in a positive and re-enforcing way. However I would rather be flamed than nothing at all. It makes me better and at the end of the day, its pixels so its stupid to get mad over.

Same goes here. Also telling someone mercy is a bad hero is totally irrelevant, especially if that’s the hero they enjoy playing or one trick.
If you know that person go ahead. Telling a random they are doing a bad job is scummy and not going to make them play better. It’s also most likely incorrect information in the context of the match.
Each to their own. But I doubt it makes you better in any way.
There are ways and means to do it without causing issues. Or you can just flame people and demand swaps and be confused as to why you get actioned. There will always be some white knight patting you on the back telling you you did nothing wrong it’s all “the system” and “people are soft”… The standard boring rhetoric.
