Hey Everyone
I’m working on another character idea and I would like some help with it. I have thought about her basic start of her story or how I would like to see her introduced.
I ask you to be open-minded on this and try not to make negative comments. This will help build her faster and less aggressiveness on the feedback you can help me with.
Her Name is Mistral
Left Click: Serpents Fangs: This weapon is on her wrist. It shoots small fang-like ammo out of it. The weapon is one of her snakes that shoots fangs out of its mouth. Her weapon reload animation is the snake moving back up her arm and another one will come down and take its place.
Right Click: Serpents Dash: She dashes to a target marked by her weapon poison or ult.
Shift: Serpents Grace: She increased movement speed and takes reduced damage for a few seconds.
E: Serpents Dance: She does an animation for a few seconds if she is hit while that animation is active. She negates it and dashes behind an enemy and they take the damage plus bonus damage.
Q: Serpents Gaze: Her eyes change to serpents and after a few seconds enemies will start to gain the Serpents mark. When the mark is complete enemies will become snared. While snared, her right click has no cooldown and deals increased damage.
DAMAGE OF HER ABILITIES
Primary Weapon:
Base: 25
Poison: 10 damage for 3 seconds.
Ammo: 20/20
Attack Speed: 1 shot every .25 seconds
POISON DOES NOT STACK IT REFRESHES DURATION.
Right Click: 75 damage
E: Increased damage by 50 damage maximum.
Total Damage that this ability can do is 350.
Q: Snare: 100 damage
Damage Increase on E from 75 to 100.
Intro Video/Small Lore
I should tell you where I come from and what I have seen in order for you to understand. I was but a young girl fascinated by nature. I loved animals but what I loved most was snakes. Snakes looked amazing for me.
When I was 6 years old, I held my first snake. It was a constrictor snake. Very large but very calming. It tickled my ear with it tongue. That’s when I knew I wanted to keep them. A few years later, I owned my first snake, this brought stress between my family and me but I didn’t care.
When I was 13, the Omnic crisis ended. I was at home when there was a crash at our door. A man came in with a gun. With two shots, my parents were killed. I went to hide. The man came in and aimed the gun at my head and after a short movement of his finger. Click It was empty. He discarded it and went for the knife. He pushed me crashing into my snake’s containment. He smiled and said “Farwell young one”. I closed my eyes and when I opened them, I couldn’t believe it. My snake…my friend was around his neck strangling him till his body crashed back. All I felt was relief as I held my friend and thanked him. The police came and took my parents and the man’s body away. When they all left I realized, that snakes could be a partner.
Many years passed and with rejection and the loss of my friend, I tried to move forward but with the help of a Geneticist Moira, I was able to take my friend’s death to his rebirth. She took his DNA and added it to mine. Making me part Serpent. With her connections she also helped me create the first of many of my friends, the S3RP3RT-16842 or called Levesthis. These are mechanical snakes with my friend’s memories and personality.
With this, I started to work for Talon. Doing assassination missions during the day and showing children how snakes are at night. However I learned later that Moira did many different experiments on snakes trying advance her research, many of which we inhumane. I walked in on one. She was torturing a group of snakes with electric shocks. With help from my snakes, we damaged her lab. But….
She disappeared no got away. I want to find her and end what she started I won’t let her harm any more of my friends like what she did. Moira will pay and all of Talon will too.
I am now Mistral, the Serpent of Vengeance.
