It’s easier for people to try and help you if you say what the complete situation is.

You can always contact support, there is a specific button for that. It literally says “contact support” and exists on almost all of the dropdown menus.

Hi Bonechewer, as Hieiko mentioned your issue wasn’t clear about what’s happening and on which game platform it’s on. If this relates to merging accounts though you can check into that process from here.

You can also report this further by ticket giving the details of your issue. If a webpage isn’t loading you may need to use another web browser to report from.
