sooo today i installed the ptr. The Game installed easily and i tried to go in then i got a error “game server connection failed retrying”. I looked for fixes and i found some a lot of them actually. The Problem is nonone of them worked.
I Tried:
-Deleting The Battle net Cache
-Restarting Battle netand my computer multiple times
-Reseting My Ingame Options(from settings)
-Reinstalling The Game.
I could use some help.
The PTR is on a USA server, and they’re several hours behind us, so they could have maintenance at the moment.

The PTR is currently turned off. Tests of the newest hero have been completed and Ashe has already appeared online.

Ashe is now active on the live servers as she was officially released, so you can still play her!
