i have high ind almost 50 ms , i switched to PC yesterday i don’t have this issue on my console with the same Ethernet and router plz help.
also i tested delay between PC and router it was 0 ms, and i tested delay between my PC and google servers it was 97 ms.

Regarding the WinMTR your connection starts fine, however, at the 8th hop there is a problem; you go from 190ms delay of the worst response to 699ms delay which is a big difference overall:

This may well be the cause of the sudden latency spikes, so this means you have to contact your ISP and ask them what’s happening and if there is any known issue. If they allow you to provide files you can give them the WinMTR trace and explain to them what I wrote above. This is not something you can sort by yourself or something we are responsible of, only your ISP can intervene either by rerouting your connection to avoid that node or informing that node Network Admin. I saw other players having similar issues on that network node which may be congested.
Regarding the System files, I would try to remove the following programs which may also cause latency/disconnections issues:
- Logitech Gaming Software may cause crashes if out-of-date (check for updates by opening software and clicking on (?) icon in the bottom-right corner)
- Our games do not support VPN software which usually it’s also the cause of latency, disconnections and crashes so please completely remove NordVPN
- Discord has an overlay integrated that can cause crashes/performance issues. Check loaded modules for overlay
- If you have any overclocked component please bring it back to the factory clock rate and test the game
- RivaTuner statics may cause performance issues so please remove it
- aueplauncher.exe AMD User Experience may cause latency or performance issues, can be disabled in Radeon Wattman
- AMD Relive Overlay may cause crashes/disconnections
- Windows 10 Game Bar may cause performance/crashing issues so please uninstall it
Keep in mind that the main cause of the latency spikes can still be the connection issue mentioned with the WinMTR trace above
