High IND + failure to connect to servers

Only happens at night time. IND becomes unplayable. Ran MTR to the IP I got when I finally connected to a server which took about 40 minutes or trying different solutions even though it’s a recurring issue.

WinMTR below. Thanks.

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

There seems to be some rather unusual routing going on early on in the connection path. Specifically, your connection seems to go through 3-4 local routers initially, before actually moving outside your local area network. There are also some data packet losses showing up on the handover between these local routers, which is typically not a good sign.

To make things worse there is a massive amount of data packet loss showing up once the connection moves outwards from your residence, which would indeed have pretty catastrophic influence on your ability to stay connected to the game servers.
I’m honestly not sure what is going on in the network there, but since the issue occurs mainly at specific times I would have to assume it is related to either congestion on one of the nodes (on average there are more internet users during evening/night than throughout the day) or possibly even ISP-induced routing changes based on peak/offpeak cycles of usage (which is again largely time-based).

Please reach out to the administrator of this network if there is any (e.g., if this something like a dorm/school network) or the internet service provider if this is your private connection - something very odd is going on there.
