I just come to play some overwatch and i see that i get 136+ms on every game inclouding custom games. I dont know what happened.
happens to me too, and not only on overwatch, also in world of warcraft
Maybe the blizz servers?
I am having issues in Overwatch too, ping at +120 
same here, 150ms instead of 60ms normaly, since 8/9 hours now …

In any case, I’d recommend contacting your internet provider and letting them know, since the diagnostics show packet loss in what seems to be your provider’s network:
