High PING and packet loss while connecting to EU servers (Included winMTRs)

I’ve been experience significantly high ping (Used to be 120-150ms, now it is around 190-210) and packet loss (Characters randomly start to float for few seconds or hits not registering). This has been happening on both Netherlands and France servers.
Can someone help me fix this issue?

I am also experiencing same problems, for days now on EU servers. Also right now, game is closing servers due to errors every few minutes.

Yeah its 450 now… I hope they will do something about it. As far as I have been reading their advices were related to resseting our networks, etc.

The problem you are having seems to be cause by the following network nodes used by your ISP to reach the game servers:

In the first you have a spike of the Worst ping and in the second you have 17% packet loss. So you will need to contact your ISP and ask them what’s happening and when they can sort the problem. If possible send the same WinMTR trace to your ISP support.

For the others having connection issues here, please provide your System Files and a WinMTR trace which checks your ISP connection path. You can upload these files on Pastebin and reply here with the Pastebin link using the preformatted text option (</>).

I would just like to add it happens with Overwatch only. Not any other game, but the one I play the most :frowning:
