Hello,
I’ve started experiencing high ping (200-300) on Overwatch only. All other games and programs are unaffected. I restarted my router and computer multiple times to no avail.
Looking at previous topics, I noted that running WinMTR is often requested to I have done that. Results below:

I have been having exactly the same issue i’m from the uk and yesterday out of nowhere i went from 40 ping one game to 250 the next and its been 200+ ever since its only on overwatch and i seem to be in the middle eastern servers alot now also

yeah for some reason im connected to ord1 which is in chicago even though im in england

i have no idea how to read any of it so idk what mine says haha although i just did a speedtest to check my internet wasn’t being the issue and still at full speed with 14 ms ping so its defo something within ow
the way i found out was if u go into practise range and hit ctrl+shift+n it gives u a graph and in the very top left u can see the server ur connected to
ah mine is cdg1 whatever that means
CDG1 is in Paris. im on the same one with the same issue.
edit: i literally get lower ping on the NA servers. its 100% on blizz’s end

yep same issue here. alot of my friends are experiencing the same especially from the uk, some around other countries its been 50/50 but its a constant 140 ping and i get less ping on american servers. been like this all day and ive reset my pc and wifi multiple times so you know.
i got mes1 when i tried the ctrl shift N, wheres that?
apparently mes1 is in bahrain
my guy i live in London. my friend got Amsterdam and he lives in London as well. so the uk servers has gone to s**t then?
there is non apparently. the only eu ones i can find are Amsterdam and Paris.
and the ME ones if you count that, im honestly not sure if that is europe or not
how long do u recon it will take them to notice
I think ME counts a sub-region of EU since sometimes I get kicked onto them when queuing on EU
Have the same problem 150 ping when it is normally ~30, NA servers are only 120, also from the uk, looking glass results look like this:
Same exact issue here. Playing from Romania. Usual ping is max 50. Today I have a constant 140. Tested with my work VPN (connected to Germany) and ping is max 60 in-game. In-game it shows as being connected to: CDG1.
I also have 2 friends with the same exact problem (they also have different ISP) that started today only.
Called ISP and they said there is no issue on my end and I can confirm that other games have good ping.
If anyone from the tech support team sees this, I will be happy to run any test you want to help 
how do u ping a tech member so they can see that im not having fun playing 190 ping hanzo here
It is 100% Blizzards end
I am getting 180-200 on CGD and AMS

If more people want to add detailed reports, this would be the info we’re interested in:
- Country and City
- Internet Service Provider
- Date/time of your connection issues
- a WinMTR
- a Pathping
Please note that all diagnostics need to be run while the problem is present in-game, in case it’s only happening during certain times or comes and goes.
