ive always played with high ping. when i used to connect europe i used to get 140-170 ping and the game ran fine. then with the bahrain server i started getting 60ms and the game also ran fine. BUT a week ago i started getting 190-200ms ping on the bahrain server and 160 on the europe server. but thats not the issue, im used to high ping. the issue is rubberbanding and jitter with players moving in a very weird way. using blizzards looking glass traceroute i can see the issue is with connecting to the bahrain server. now im not sure if the issue is with my isp or you guys and im looking for ways to fix it as the game is very unplayable right now.
