High ping only in Overwatch

So I posted this a 10 days ago but I got no 2nd response after a “Run a WinMTR test” response so I’m posting this again.

So a few weeks ago I started to get really high ping in Overwatch, just in Overwatch. In other games my ping is perfectly normal and nothing is out of the ordinary but in Overwatch there seems to be a major problem. Normally I’m getting around 60-70ms but for a few weeks I’ve been getting 170-250ms. I thought that it’s probably nothing major and it would be ok after sometime but it looks like it’s not going to fix it self. I’ve talked to my internet provider and they said that my internet looks perfectly fine and the problem is at Overwatch. Non of my friends are having this issue and they have the same internet provider. Is there a way for me to fix this problem or am I stuck with high ping forever? Any help is appreciated. Thanks…

And a quick question:
Would changing my modem work?

I’m having around 40 ms higher than usual. I had one game where it was normal after the patch and straight back to high ping again, also only on overwatch.

Same here. Go in Training lobby hit CTRL+SHIFT+N, top left there should be a 4 letter word like cdg1 or ams1 then an IP let us know what you got.
I’m normally cdg1 which is fine but now I’m stuck on ams1 which adds about 100ms to my normal ping and no way to change it. If I use a VPN it goes back to cdg1 /muchsigh
