Ahlan everyone! I’m having overwatch connection problems. I don’t get high ping in any game. But overwatch has a high ping. When I test via CMD, I get a high ping when connecting to Blizzard servers. When I send this screenshot to the ISP, it says this problem is not caused by us, it is caused by blizzard. What should I do? (Turkey - Ankara) ISP: Superonline.
The point that the ISP advocates is that ping is normal on our servers(10.xxx), but ping is high on Blizzard servers.

the first step would be to try these tips and see if they help:
From the traceroute you’ve sent, it appears that the connection is being routed over nodes located in Ankara and Frankfurt, to Blizzard’s Amsterdam servers.
The round-trip time is already spiking pretty significantly in Ankara, so I doubt that this is an issue from Blizzard’s side, considering no widespread issues have been reported.
Just out of curiosity, have you tried connecting to the Asia game servers? Perhaps the connection is better there, because your packages will be sent over different nodes.

I did everything in this article but the result is still the same. I asked the ISP if this is related to the cgn pool but they said it is not related to it. They said it seems to be an issue with Blizzard.

I have the same problem here, my ISP is also Superonline. Hopefully this won’t be the same on the OW2 launch
Same problem in Istanbul as well. My ISP is different and I have quite high connection speed and low latency compared to general in Turkey (over 500mbps and less than 10ms) and I can not even connect to the game. No problems in any other IPs.
