How do I avoid getting banned?

So I’m getting a lot of reports for playing sombra/tracer/genji, even if I’m actually trying my hardest to win. How do I avoid getting banned? (I got banned 3 times for playing these heroes in gold, and people try to force me to play healer/tank even when I’m not good at them because they want to play dps)
I don’t understand, 1 game people applaud me for being a carry, the other game people call me thrower or troll.
Am I forced to play healer/tank for the rest of this game’s life to not get permabanned?

its blizzards way of saying they dont want you to insta lock. The only way to stop getting banned is a = get insanely good or b = flex. (u can also use multiple accounts, thats what i do while one tricking sym)

If your picking tracer while the enemy has a brig your soft trowing and people like to report that.

2 issues are at hand here

  1. the report system is broken and blizzard is unwilling to fix it. Players can just report u a x amount of time and u will get auto banned by the system.
  2. role select, blizzard acknowledged working on it but it wil take a while before it is here.

Wierd, I have never been banned and i am in gold too. And also played a lot of sombra.

Do you swap when you are doing to less?

Your stats, according to overbuf are pretty low for gold dps. At least your main (tracer) is.
Are you ready to play dps in gold? Arent you boosting your account with moira to gold, and then play dps at silver/bronze level?

But i have seen players too, trying to force me of some hero, while they were the problem them selfs. But most of the time this never happens.
I switch of my main(pharah) when i get countered to hard.
When the enemy has a very good player who is carrying i try to hard counter it.
When healers get killed to much(and refuse to swap to something that can stay alive better/help each other) i try to protect them.
When tanks have problem winning the tank fights i swap/try to help them
etc…

So i play the game as a team player, even on flanker hero’s.

But i think your main problem is that your endorsement level is only 1.
High endorsement give you some buffer against reports.
You sure your low endorsement level is only because you play certain heroes?
