How do i contact someone higher up then customer support?

So I got permanently banned despite not being that toxic. Sure maybe some bits of smartass comments and passive aggression but nothing warranting a permanent ban especially since I haven’t had any sanctions in half a year
I tell support that this is a crazy overreaction and I keep asking them what did I do wrong and I get the same old copy and paste slop.

I get on the game and get told to die and “use a rope” from one person and if I reply in a calm not insulting message I still get banned, then if I don’t swap off widow which I played a lot i get mass reported by teammates

I spent over £600 on that account and now I just cant bring myself to play on a new account because of this. If I knew game masters overreacted over small scuffles then i would have just turned off game chat all together.
I just want to play this game with my friend and turn off game chat so we can enjoy the game again…

Is there any way I can talk to like someone who i can have a actual normal convo with and not just them giving me a paragraph of the same thing every time?

Long version. All you can do is submit tickets and hope.

But unless you have irrefutable evidence that the actions is wrong, you might as well not bother and just move on.

If you don’t have any other games in you Blizzard account I would say keep sending tickets, maybe after something like 10 tickets you’ll have a real human answer.
Unfortunately there is lack of human review at I don’t think things will go better, maybe some day we’ll have something like AI review

I can suggest, write a honest ticket and admit for what you have done. Ask if ban time can be reduced because you are sorry and want to play this game with a different behaviour.

Keep trying and they will give you a final chance. And then it will be as usual up to you. Think before you write and i can suggest, turn off chat , just keep team chat on.
