How does Jayne get the rendered tournament "videos"?

Jayne is the coach of Dallas Fuel. He sometimes shows clips of tournament matches where he can pause the video, turn around the camera to all sorts of positions and change the speed of the video. Here what I mean: Jayne Stream Highlights #7 - YouTube

that was the world cup viewer which was the beta of that system and has since been taken down. When it was up it was available to everyone

Why has it been taken down? It was awesome.

Because it was just the Beta and still very flawed. They said that they want to make it available for the Season 2 of the OWL tho.
