How to counter orisa and genji as dps in comp?

My main pick Ashe doesnt work in this situation and i dont know how i can be helpful when these 2 enter the enemy team. So what do i do?

Also, Ashe doesnt work when orisa is the main tank either way. Her E doesnt when orisa uses shift + shift gives lots of armor + alot of heals makes her literally immune of me playing Ashe so i dont know what i need to play and also i dont know what my group needs to pick.

A really good counter to any tank is to kill the supports, so anything that you can reliably kill the supports with is a good pick.
Depending on what you’re good with and what skill level you’re at Reaper is a solud pick against most tanks, especially those that like being in your face, and you can fade out of the orisa ult.

Soujourn is okay if you like your distance and the disruptor field is good against a diving genji.

Mei is ok against genji her’s and reaper’s ults are very situational as the blizzard might not work on orisa unless the timing is right.

Junkrat can work against an orisa, but don’t shoot at a reflecting genji.

Symmetra works on some mapsbut not all.

Plat and higher level play i don’t really have much imput into.

How are your thoughts if my team uses a Winston to dive on the support while my other dps goes junkrat. Does this work?

If the junkrat hangs back a little and spams the enemy team while the winston dives the supports. Could go okay.
The winston just needs to be aware of the genji and be ready to go for him whenever he goes for your supports as well.

But if those two manage, then it’s the ladt dps’ job to keep the genji at bay.

hmm i actually played sojourn like you said. its good against orisa however when theirs a genji at play it becomes rather difficult to stay alive. i either need something to back me up with against the enemy genji or orisa needs a second dps counter against her.

Orisa is hard enough to kill, so you all need to kill off the rest of the team first.
Genji and supports are the priority.

Most people always seem to ignore genji when he’s hopping around, but he is very deadly.

Either you help dispatch the enemy support first, or the genji.

If the junkrat is keeping the orisa at bay and the tank is off killing supports, the genji is your responsibility.

Best case scenario would be if the tank went ramattra, orisa or something else that keeps the orisa at bay (good zarya can work too) then your job would be to take out the supports.

The orisa is the last one alive.

I’m an Ashe main too and have such a hard time against good Genji players - know how you feel. I just do my best to set them on fire with dynamite then wait for their block to run out and gun ‘em
