I would like to appeal a ban, i get told to open a ticket but i cant figure out how to open a ticket.

Although, they do have a note on their support page that they DO NOT over turn bans (this rule is occasionally broken, in exceptional circumstances).
I would refer you to this in the EULA…
1. Blizzard reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, or for no reason, with or without notice to you. For purposes of explanation and not limitation, most Account suspensions and terminations are the result of violations of this Agreement. In case of minor violations of these rules, Blizzard may provide you with a prior warning and/or suspend your use of the Account due to your non-compliance prior to terminating the Agreement or modifying or deleting an Account.
They don’t have to give you a reason, and don’t have to overturn it.
Personally, I would take the L, learn from it and move on.

You may open a ticket here. Keep in mind though that decisions made by Game Masters are final, and if they decide to not overturn the ban, any further appeals will not be answered.
