How to get in touch with the staff

How can i get in touch with someone higher than the customer support , because it is no good and i cant find it online

Depends on why you need their attention, usually contacting Blizzard through their support centre should get what you need. Though if you expect some kind of direct line to a higher up, that’s probably not going to happen.

There’s no way to contact the devs directly.

The thing is that if i tell you the reason you are just going to tell me that customer support is the best way to appeal my problem , but it really isnt

Can’t help you if I don’t know what the problem is. If you’re referring to a suspension/ban appeal though, Customer Service is the way to go. They will actually look into your penalty, check if it can be lifted and reply afterwards. Some things worth noting are:

  • You are responsible for your account at any time.
  • Appeal reviews are final. Any further tickets may be ignored and there is no point in trying to talk to someone “above Customer Service”; the penalty will stay nonetheless if it was upheld already.

Don’t bother, customer service is almost non-existant. You won’t get your problem solved.

I mean , yes , it is about a suspension appeal but it was so wrongfully given that it is mind blowing , i got suspended for unwillingness to switch , literally the single thing written when you chose gameplay sabotage says that unwillingness to switch isn t a bannable offense , still the support just told me i violated the code of conduit . It is just so wrong to get suspended for the thing they say you can t be suspended

And you didn’t resist his request to switch by insulting or going afk even for just 20 seconds or so?

No i just ignored them , even tho they started insulting me , i was just sick of switching for people who don t deserve it and so the joke is on me because i got 3 matches in a row with the same guy and he just told everyone to report me for gameplay sabotage aka not switching, but i didnt go afk for 1 single second , i didnt troll i sticked with the team and actually tried.

You don’t get banned from 5 reports. You won’t even get 5 reports in a single game no matter how badly you behave, because some people will never care.

A couple of days before this unwillingness to switch this matchmakings game i got a warning that i have been report for gameplay sanotage too many times , i had a couple bad days and people in ow comp don t want to improve they only seek to blame the person with the most uncommon pick . I am not maining a certain hero i can play anything i do my job decent i can say but i pick what the world doesnt like because they are fun heroes.
Edit ; this whole unwillingness to switch this was more like half the reason , the other half is what i pick to play

You’ll be surprised. Some players are just that petty that they will spam report just because they can. One report for each of the options, or several of all of them several times throughout the day, nothing to stop it. The automated system leaves it open to abuse because of that.

Yes, people will report you even if you get 10 gold medals with torb or symmetra because they will blame everything on you so they can feel better for themselves. They even reported me for playing torb on qp which they all left without a word after I got potg, 4 medals and won the game for them. (best community evah?)

As I said before, customer service is mostly automated/send everyone the same message or there is a person at a highschool intern level who “will not help you”. You can see there is a big contradiction between toxic king jeffrey and customer service behaviour.

In the end, you won’t be getting help for a product which you paid. There goes customer service down the drain.

I finished the placements on my smurfs in mid diamond, played mostly torb or sym. Ended up with 7W-3L / 6W-4L / 6W-4L so I climbed on all of them.

Not too bad right? And yet I was flamed, insulted, told to kill myself and reported every, single, game. As soon as something was going badly in the team the first person to be blamed was the torb or sym even if I played the game and finished with over 50% of my team’s elims multiple times.
