Just make him an actual troll with a white flag. This way everyone knows that you surrender/troll if you pick him.

Or maybe you could just learn how to play and counter him.
Torb is easily a strong character on attack or defend if you know how to use him. Why he might not be pro level he will dominate masters down if you have good aim and positioning.
